The following tools can be used to manipulated the Spectacled Owl:

	* upgrade - this is the main upgrade script. You can run this when 
		    you want to upgrade your Spectacled Owl to the latest 
		    development version. A series of questions will be asked 
		    and different parts of the Spectacled Owl will be updated.

	* reset - this tool can be used to wipe the entire Spectacld Owl, 
		  including dumping the OpenSim database. It can be used in 
		  case you want to deploy the Spectacled Owl to a new machine 
		  or if you want a fresh OpenSim start.
	* configure - this tool is used to configure the Spectacled Owl,
		  including OpenSim and related software.
